An experienced and skillful facilitator and executive coach, Scott combines his business background and deep subject matter expertise in executive development as the foundation of practical and wide-ranging coaching, consulting, and teaching experiences.
Before starting his own coaching practice and co-founding Lead Horse, Scott was a management consultant for a large professional services firm where he was responsible for key account management and business development. In addition, he designed and led executive coaching and leadership development programs for C-Suite leaders in banking, technology, and professional services.
Earlier in his career, his success and passion for coaching and developing people led Scott to a series of increasingly senior roles in executive leadership development. At American International Group (AIG) he designed and delivered an innovative executive development program to train and deploy high-potential talent as leadership coaches and while at American Express he led executive coaching and onboarding for the top 500 senior leaders in the organization; including the management of global, enterprise-wide high-potential, executive and leadership programs.
Scott has personally coached and mentored hundreds of professionals. He has served as an instructor and facilitator for a long list of training sessions on a wide variety of business skill issues, including emotional intelligence, executive presence, communication, relationship building, business development, delegation, and understanding unconscious bias.
Scott's clients include organizations such as JP Morgan, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Mindshare, Diesel Clothing, Ralph Lauren, Yahoo, amongst others.
